Key Depletion Coverage

Our flagship product. Key Depletion Coverage provides financial protection when your Mythic+ keystone is depleted due to circumstances beyond your reasonable control.

What's Covered

• Depletion due to group member disconnection (verified via combat logs)
• Depletion due to inadequate DPS from PUG members (Details! screenshot required)
• Depletion due to failure to meet timer by less than 30 seconds ("heartbreaker" clause)
• Depletion caused by incorrect routing by a PUG leader (MDT evidence accepted)
• Depletion from wipes on trash due to missed interrupts (interrupt tracker required)

Ninja Looting Protection

Ninja Looting Protection provides compensation when loot is awarded to a group member who should not have received it under standard PUG etiquette guidelines.

Covered Scenarios

• Need roll on off-spec gear without group consent
• Master Looter abuse (legacy raids/timewalking)
• Personal Loot trading refusal on clearly-not-an-upgrade items
• Vault reward disputes in coordinated PUG raids
• "Accidentally" selecting Need on BoE items valued over 50,000g

Compensation

Claims are valued at the item's current Auction House market value, or the item's estimated DPS/HPS upgrade value, whichever is greater. Compensation is paid in gold-equivalent credit toward your next premium.

"Healer Disconnect on Pull" Policy

Statistically, the single most devastating event in a Mythic+ dungeon is losing your healer at a critical moment. Our "Healer DC on Pull" policy provides comprehensive coverage for this all-too-common scenario.

Tank Rage-Quit Rider

An optional rider available with Gold and Mythic plans. Covers the unique damages incurred when a tank abandons the group mid-dungeon.

What Triggers Coverage

• Tank leaves after a single wipe ("one-and-done" clause)
• Tank leaves after being asked to slow down
• Tank leaves because "DPS is too low" (before first boss)
• Tank disconnects and never returns (presumed rage-quit after 5 minutes)
• Tank switches to DPS spec mid-dungeon without notice

Payout Structure

Compensation includes: key depletion reimbursement + queue time damages (calculated at $0.50 per minute of estimated tank queue replacement time) + emotional distress flat fee of $5.00.
